Calm, focused teams. Two sessions a week, all year.
Meditation, mindfulness and emotional release for the people who carry your numbers.
- Lunchtime by default
- Practice in groups of 10
- Zoom, Teams or Meet
- Secular and beginner-friendly
- Singapore and online

Why now
The pressure is real, and it follows people home.
Tight deadlines and an always-on working culture are taking a measurable toll on teams in Singapore. Most of it stays invisible at work: it shows up as slower thinking, shorter tempers, poor sleep and people quietly running on empty.
workdays are lost every year worldwide to depression and anxiety, costing the global economy nearly US$1 trillion in lost productivity. Calmer, well-rested teams think more clearly, work together better and stay longer.

Calm is not a perk. It is the capacity your people do their best work from.
Experience it
What a session feels like.
Two short films, one for each end of the week. Put on headphones.
From noise to stillness
The noise of a working mind builds, until suddenly there is only stillness. This is what we practise every Monday.
Why emotions get stuck, and how they finish
Why the feelings we push down keep looping, and how learning to feel them lets them peak and dissolve.
The idea
Two simple ideas. One for each end of the week.
Most stress is not the work itself. It is the noise the mind adds to it, and the emotions we never let finish. The programme works on both.
Mondays · Beyond the noise
The mind is a great instrument. The noise is not.
Replaying the past, worrying about the future, attachments, stories, identities: this constant chatter feels like being alive, but it is where much of our suffering comes from. It quietly takes capacity away from the very mind we rely on to think clearly, and from our ability to be calm and effective at the same time.
Each Monday we practise recognising the noise for what it is, and moving beyond it to the stillness at the core of meditation. Mindfulness then carries that clarity into everything: work, decisions, relationships.
Thursdays · Letting it finish
Every emotion has a natural life cycle.
A star, a tree, a wave: everything in existence is created, expands, and dissolves. Emotions follow the same law, if we let them.
Something happens. Energy spikes and the mind attaches a story.
The feeling wants to be felt. Under pressure, we push it down instead.
Allowed to peak, it settles back to rest. We feel lighter.
Interrupted, stress builds quietly until it spills over. Each Thursday, we let the week's emotions finish their cycle.
How it works
Every week of the year.
Live group classes on video call, guided by Arvin and his teachers. Held at lunchtime by default, so no one has to stay back after work. Your people join from their desk, home or a meeting room. Each 45-minute session opens with about 25 minutes of theory for the whole team, however many join. Then everyone moves into focus groups of 10 for 20 minutes of guided practice, each group with its own teacher. Regulars who already know the theory can join just for the practice.
Set the week
Recognise the mind's chatter of past, future and stories, and move beyond it to stillness, through a new meditation technique each week and one mindfulness practice to carry into work.
Close the week
A guided emotional release through creation, expansion and dissolution, so the week's pressure completes its cycle and people start the weekend lighter.

So the first five companies get the full programme at a deeply reduced founding rate, on an initial 3-month term, and pricing is open to discussion around your budget. In return, your team takes part in our wellbeing and performance study and, with your permission, the anonymised results become a published case study.
That's about S$11 per person per session: less than a lunch.
Founding places remaining: 5 · Founding rates for partners starting by 31 December 2026.
Our mission: to make meditation accessible to everyone in the world, and help build a more conscious society, one team at a time.
- Complimentary taster. Your team tries a live session, free.
- Propose your budget. Tell us your monthly figure and team size.
- Begin on a Monday. Your first week starts the year-round rhythm.

Questions
Before you ask.
Is it religious?
No. The practices draw on traditions that are thousands of years old, but they are taught as simple, secular techniques. No belief system is required.
Will people have to share their feelings in front of colleagues?
Never. Cameras are optional and no one is asked to speak. Anything personal can be brought to the private monthly 1:1 instead.
What do we need?
Your usual video platform (Zoom, Teams or Google Meet), headphones and a quiet corner. Nothing to install, no experience needed.
How is the wellbeing study run?
Participation is voluntary and consent-based. Self, peer and manager ratings are collected anonymously and only ever reported to the company in aggregate. No individual results are shared.
Does this replace our employee assistance programme?
No. The programme supports wellbeing and personal development. It is not medical or psychological treatment and works alongside professional care, never instead of it.
