The Consciousness Project

Every illusion, seen through. One lesson at a time.

A free, ordered path through how the mind projects reality, the subtle body, sacred sound and form, the practice, and finally what enlightenment truly is. Every piece breaks one illusion, on whichever layer it lives.

Why this exists

Some illusions are physical: "I am only this body." Some are mental: "I am my thoughts." And some are spiritual: "I'm more awake than you." The yogis call all of it māyā, the measuring, limiting power that makes the one appear as many. The layer changes. The end point doesn't: to recognise that all of it is God, Paramaśiva and Parāśakti, consciousness and its power, never two.

  1. Bodyannamaya
  2. Energyprāṇamaya
  3. Mindmanomaya
  4. Beliefvijñānamaya
  5. Spiritual egothe subtlest veil

I bring two lenses to many lessons: one for readers who trust only science, one for readers open to what can't be seen (yet). Use whichever gets you to the practice.
