The Meditation: Inner Completeness

Are you exhausted by the constant noise in your head? Do waves of emotional overwhelm, anxiety or the weight of daily expectations leave you feeling like you're fighting your own life? If you're tired of running on autopilot and searching outside yourself for peace, completeness or validation, it is time to stop looking at the screen and return to the source.

The philosophy

Why meditation goes to the root

It isn't your circumstances, your job, your relationships or your past. In this teaching, the root of human suffering is the mind and ego complex. Left unexamined, the mind falls into five patterns:

  • The instrument takes the driver's seat. A brilliant tool for navigation and survival ends up running your moods and choices.
  • An addiction to noise and stories. Constant chatter mistaken for aliveness.
  • Imprisoned by time. Living in past regrets and future fears instead of now.
  • Judging the present. Every moment filtered through "good, bad, escape".
  • Living unconsciously. Eating, walking and even connecting with others on autopilot.

In the language of the Projector Theory, deep meditation means you stop feeding the reel. As the chatter settles, old samskaras lose their hold. You stop identifying with the movie and recognise yourself as the light. From that open, "no-thing" space, you act with clarity rather than from lack.

The curriculum

16 weeks, four stages

A structured path to untangle mental loops, settle the nervous system and build a steady daily stillness.

  1. Month 1

    Anchoring the foundation & breathwork

The fundamentals of breath awareness, calming the Manomaya Kosha (the mental sheath), and a sustainable daily practice without burnout.

  2. Month 2

    Clearing subconscious static & samskaras

Recognising your emotional loops, working with triggers, and releasing heavy emotional weight held in the subtle body.

  3. Month 3

    Expanding the subtle body

Deepening your relationship with prana (life force), learning to regulate your own aura, and cutting energetic cords to past narratives and unfinished stories.

  4. Month 4

    Integration & embodied presence

Stabilising your practice so stillness and inner completeness carry into your work, relationships and everyday decisions.

Extended Teacher Training

For those called to share this work and guide others. After completing the core programme, you can join the Extended Teacher Training, six additional months that work as an incubator rather than just a certificate.

  1. Deepen your mastery. Holding space, teaching methodology, subtle body anatomy and trauma-informed guidance.
  2. Teach real students. From the end of month 5, you guide assigned students within the framework, and are paid per student under contract. Rates are shared on enquiry.
